You acknowledge that by creating a profile, your profile picture and username will be publicly accessible. The Service generates a public link intended for sharing on social media. You grant LoveBomb a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload images that are pornographic, violent, or illegal.
• Send messages that constitute harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload content involving minors under the age of 13.

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user at our sole discretion, without notice.

4. Anonymous Messages

The Service allows users to send anonymous messages. LoveBomb is not responsible for the content of these messages. While we may provide tools to filter or report content, you access anonymous messages at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LoveBomb makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included.

We respect your privacy. Your photo is hosted securely and used only to create your profile card. We do not sell your data.

9. Content Removal (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us and we will remove the infringing material promptly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
